One of the most powerful things you can do, is ground yourself daily. Meditating, being in nature, thankful journal, deep breathing, getting your bare feet or body on the earth (on dirt, rocks, natural cements that are connected to the earth, grass, sand, the ocean), sleeping on a grounding mat, listening to high vibration music, getting in the sun which I see as our battery recharger, go on an outdoor walk (and if you want to make your walk even more powerful, do this walking meditation. Always make sure you are grounding safely.
