This subject seems to come up quite a bit, and in my life I have seen person after person at the hands of doctors, pass away from cancer & other issues. I was asked to do a page on what I would do if I was told I had cancer, but this information applies to what I would do for any dis-ease. It's also not very likely that I would ever be diagnosed as I take care of my body daily & I'm not a doctor person. I have been natural since 1998 & health is my passion...I always keep learning. I am not a doctor. But I do believe that I have many things that I know can help people more than poisoning their bodies. Cancer (dis-eases) cannot live in an alkaline body, so it is important to put things in your body that are going to alkalize, heal, and surround yourself with positivity. Your thoughts & beliefs matter...keep your thoughts positive. Your body is amazing, and given what it needs, it can & will heal. Love yourself through your journey... you are amazing, you are powerful, you are worthy of everything you've ever wanted, you are strong, and you can have, be, or do, anything you decide.
I would first of all, intermittent fast to help my body heal daily (I do 18 plus hours daily) & a 72 hour water fast once a month... I would not jump into longer water fasts....start slow with 12 hours a day eating window 12 hours not, then to 10 hours eating window 14 hours not, etc. If I couldn't fast for whatever reason such as I didn't have any more weight I could afford to lose, I would consider taking the Qualia product/s called Senolytics, Stem Cell, NAD+. There is also a product called Omre Quercetin & Fisetin I would consider taking.
Always fast smart, safely, & listen to your body...here's a generic timing of what happens when you fast...
4-8 hours... blood sugar starts to fall
12 hours... all food in digestive tract is now burned. Around 13 hours you should see some autophagy
14 hours... body is running out of glucose & ketosis may begin but may not be based on your adaptation stage
16-18 hours... fat burning ramps up & autophagy goes up dramatically
24 hours... glucose is all gone & the body will start to rely on ketones
36 hours... autophagy goes up by 33%. Major cleaning mode. Total body cleanup.
48 hours... autophagy will go up even more, 30% more.
72 hours... autophagy has limited.
At this point your body may be doing a major cleanup & you may experience some stronger bowel movements that may take longer than usual. Trust in your body, stay calm, relaxed & look forward to a healthier body. Muscoskeletal changes... your body is starting to get stem cells healing the body. It can be slightly painful.
96 hours... intestinal stem cells start to max out. A reset of the immune system, a reset of the microbiome, human growth hormone.
120 hours... optimal stem cell & optimal growth hormone & immune system & microbiome reset
When you are done fasting, it is very important to start with light foods that are easy on your body. Many people will say... I could never do that... you have to have a why & focus on your why. If you are going to do a longer water fast, be smart about it. One of my favorite ways to start food back after longer fasts is 1/2 avocado, 1/4-1/3 cup sauerkraut, 1 TBS hemp seeds.

~Ketones... your body is looking for ways to adapt to burn your fat
~Energy Diversion... now that your body is not focusing on breaking down food for energy it can put that energy into healing

asparagus
sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, beets, bell peppers
seeds & nuts including chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, black sesame seeds, sprouted pumpkin seeds
leafy greens...a green smoothie is an easy way to get a lot of nutrients in
citrus fruits
organic apples.... one of my favorite things to eat is apples dipped in almond butter
cultured fermented foods
apple cider vinegar or a fresh lemonade sweetened with monk fruit
high doses of vitamin C...liposomal vitamin C, camu camu
I make sure I get healthy sources of protein every time I eat... it helps your body repair & helps you stay full longer...I start with healthy fats, fiber, protein when I eat & end with carbs at the end if possible
I would stay away from...
processed foods
aspartame
soda/pop
toxic preservatives
dyes
refined sugar
negativity
toxic & unhealthy products, people, conversations, etc...reduce your toxic load as much as possible
Here are ideas...
~Use magnesium spray on armpits, stomach, & bottoms of feet morning & night
~meditate 10-20 minutes first thing in the morning & last thing at night
~make it a point to have fun every day & choose to be happy and focus on what I'm thankful for
~do an appreciation journal every day
~either take vitamin D3 with K2 (vitamin A also helps D3 & K2 work synergistically, so I would make sure I'm eating vitamin A foods if possible when taking it), or if the sun was out, get out in it with as much skin exposed as possible, ground on the earth with bare feet, palms of hands on the ground for 20-30 minutes, hug a tree
~Sleep on a sleeping grounding mat...my favorite is here
~listen to high vibration music, sounds, etc.
~do my favorite exercises 10-30 minutes a day...walking is awesome especially outside in good weather to ground yourself...2 to 4 miles is a great range
~do yin yoga before going to bed
~listen to positive affirmations to fall asleep to & make a list & repeat the ones that stand out
~eft tapping for healing undealt with trauma or blockages
~take detox baths with magnesium flakes
~get in my infrared sauna for an hour 1-3 times a week
~wake up, drink pure water with minerals or add a grain of celtic salt in your water or put on your tongue & dissolve & then drink your water or Dr. Ben Lynch has a really good hydration
~drink half my body weight in ounces of water with minerals a day, not with food, always alone
~not eat anything until 10 or 11 A.M. & stop eating by 5-6 P.M... this gives your body 17-18 hours each day to rest and repair
~use natural nontoxic cleaners & body products
~do a lymph massage & jump on a trampoline or rebounder at least 5-10 minutes a week if the conditions allow
~use frankincense essential oil (a drop of pure food grade frankincense at the roof of your mouth morning & night) & do castor oil packs in the area the cancer was
~organic green coffee enema
~get the Yuka app & scan products to check them...shocking what is allowed to put in "food", cleaners, & body products
